Material:

Distilledwater, propylene glycol, super absorb polymer, carboxymethyl cellulose and fooddye.

MicrowaveHot& ColdPack

For cold use: Place pack in fridge / freezer for about 60 minutes. Putit inside the cover and place it on the body-part in question.

For hot use: Place in hot water (ca. 80 C) for about 7 minutes. Donot boil the water. Use directly afterwards. The gel isnon-toxic.

Directions:

Refrigeratefor 60 minutes for a cool chill. Do not freeze. Heat in microwave for 1 minuteonly. Do not overheat. If more heat is desired, reheat at 10-secondintervals.

Warnings:

Individuals with circulatoryproblems should be use pack at the direction of a physician. If pain orirritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician. Do no apply tobroken skin. Do not use cold therapy for more than 30-minute periods.Discontinue use if pack ruptures or leaks. If non-toxic gel comes in contactwith skin, wash with water. If gel is swallowed, contact a physician or PoisonControl Center immediately.
