Q1:How to order ?

A: You can send us your order by E-mail or Fax,tell us the products number, photos, size, and other demand.
Q2: Can we change the size and color based on the original ?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Please contact us to get more information about the changed products.
Q3:Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.
Q4:Can you design one specially?
A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
Q5:What material?
A: The Item is made by PVC material or PE,non phthalate,non-toxic.
Q6:Mini quantity?
A: 5000pcs
Q7: What is your order procedure?
A: Choose your favorite items and write down the model number,then send us email with your details, we will send you the order confirmation.
Q8:How do I pay?
A: T/T:30%deposit,70%against B/L. or L/C.
Q9:How do you start the order?
A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 30% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation.We will ship the goods once getting your confirmation.Send you the documents once getting your remain payment.
Q10:Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time:30days. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and Quantity.
Q11:Shipping way?
A: By Sea or Air.
Q12: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes,we could use your own forwarder.If have not,also we could suggest you the favourable line.
